Title: Engagement Manager

Outstanding opportunity for experienced Training and Performance Improvement Specialist.

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle special client T&D projects within our consulting organization. We introduce you to the client, help you close new business and then you run with the project.

Projects range from needs analyses, to modification of existing training programs, developing new programs in e-learning formats, delivery of competency based training, and conducting performance improvement consulting assignments. Lots of variety, lots of independence, and a fun group of associates to support your efforts. And you'll design your job around the skill set you bring to this position and surround yourself with the additional talent you need to support your efforts. Rather manage than do? OK. Rather do than manage, that's possible too.

In summary, you will design, develop and implement skill improvement systems for our clients as head of our special projects division. In reviewing your skills, we will be looking for your experience in OD, instructional design, training delivery, and content knowledge in sales training and sales management. We will bring you the business opportunities. You decide if, when, and how you will do them.

Our specialty is working with sales training and sales management in measurably improving sales performance. For over 30 years we have improved the ability of people to sell and managers to lead. We are looking for someone to assume a newly created position within our organization.
